The TiltWatch XTR automatically activates as soon as the shipment tilt angle exceeds 83°. The irreversible color change from green to red clearly indicates when the goods have been tilted. The self-adhesive indicator is quick and easy to attach to packaging. Once activated, the TiltWatch XTRA cannot be reset, ensuring reliable documentation of transportation conditions.

Activation and application of the TiltWatch XTR tilt indicator

Attach the TiltWatch XTR to the package on a clean, dry and flat surface in a vertical position. Position the tilt indicator so that it is clearly visible, and label the package with an appropriate warning label. This ensures that freight forwarders and logistics companies are aware of the correct handling of your goods. Since the measurement is done on one axis, two pieces of the TiltWatch XtR indicator must be mounted offset by 90° for two-axis tilting monitoring.

The indicator is activated by detaching the carrier material and can be glued on. For additional fixing, the indicator can be screwed or fixed with staples.
