Wire seal ROTO 2 - the meter seal with unique locking mechanism

The ROTO 2 rotary seal is an eye-catching and innovative exception to pull-through seals. The rotating locking mechanism pulls in the used sealing wire and pulls it deeper with each turn. It is not possible to reverse the wire. The ROTO 2 seals can therefore be tightened to a minimum and is ideally suited for meters and power boxes, but also for water clocks and other fuses. The integrated galvanized metal wire cannot be opened by hand and has to be cut. The particularly easy-to-read, barcode-capable printing field of the seal can be individually printed and comes ex works with sequential numbering to uniquely identify the seal.

The high-quality meter seal can withstand extreme conditions (e.g. temperature). The body of the wire rope seal is made of polycarbonate and the coloured turning system is made of polyacetal.

The wire is galvanized steel wire with PVC coating. As standard, the wire is divided into cuts of 20 cm and is already threaded into the ROTO 2 counter seal. Individually cut wires or whole wire coils are also available on request.

The versatile ROTO 2 wire seal is suitable for fast and easy sealing of gas meters, electricity meters, water meters and much more.

Individual printing is possible from an order quantity of 2,000 pieces. The following personalisation options are available to you:
