The solvent-resistant white background coating on the flag improves barcode readability, especially on transparent body products.

Printing method:
The rotating seal ROTO 2 consists of a transparent, UV-resistant polycarbonate seal body. The seal housing integrates a rotating spool made of polyacetal, giving the seal its name. By turning the spool inside the housing, the seal wire can be drawn into the body of the meter seal. The approximately 1mm thick seal wire is inserted through special holes in the rotating mechanism. The seal is closed with a winged turning screw, and a locking mechanism in the housing prevents the spool from being opened by reverse turning. After the seal is securely closed, the closure can be broken off, preventing further rotation of the rotating seal.
The wire seal Roto is not only suitable for securing gas, water, and electricity meters but also for sealing packages, catering, and airline containers. It features a special mechanism on the seal body designed for a one-time closure. A clearly visible label with consecutive eight-digit numbering provides additional security. The high-quality indicative seal is characterized by its durable polycarbonate body and acetal turning system. The wire seal provides ample space for a high-quality laser print of the barcode. The variable loop allows for easy application, with the closure mechanism only usable once. The wire seal Roto undergoes RoHS durability tests, TSE tensile tests, and UV tests, confirming its reliability in various environments. With a tensile strength of 40 kgf and an operating temperature of -40°C to +120°C, it offers extreme security in all applications.
