Container Lock Omega® Athene® – Maximum Security for Your Container Cargo

The Container Lock Omega® ATHENE® is an extremely durable container locking system with a solid shackle lock. It features an adjustable cross-locking unit and can be used for door bar distances ranging from 225 mm to 435 mm. The lock is of very high quality, made from hardened, weather-resistant steel, is VdS certified, and meets the requirements for the TAPA TSR certification. This makes the container insurable. The Container Lock Omega® ATHENE® is suitable for various types of containers, swap bodies, trailers, curtain-side trucks, vehicles, and units for door security with external door rods. It is tamper-proof and resistant to attacks using hacksaws, crowbars, and other burglary tools. Bolt cutter attacks are prevented by the robust construction and the solid steel shackle of the hasp/shackle lock. It meets high-security standards.

The Container Security Omega® ATHENE® is particularly recommended for protecting high-value goods and cargo in containers. The delivery of the Container Lock Omega® ATHENE® includes a VdS-tested hasp/shackle lock, either with two keys and one key card (different keyed) or with one key and one key card (keyed alike). The hasp/shackle lock is drill-resistant and provides protection against drilling and drilling attempts. Additional keys can be ordered if needed.

Care Instructions for the Container Lock Omega® ATHENE®

Teflon can clog the locking mechanism! Use brake cleaner to clean the lock. Afterward, drip a small amount of light oil into the keyhole and turn the key a few times back and forth. Suitable oils include sewing machine oil, gun oil, or thin, synthetic motor oil.
