Container lock for container security

Containers are often worthwhile objects for burglary or theft. It is therefore important to protect valuable goods from unauthorized access by a container lock during the entire transport and storage process.

We offer container locks that are screwed or welded to the container doors and are therefore firmly attached to the container. Alternatively, we offer locks that are hung around the container door bars and do not require assembly. They are suitable for
rental containers because the container is not damaged or structurally altered while the container lock is in use. At the end of the rental period, the container lock can simply be removed and is ready for use on the next container.

If you want to insure the contents of a container against theft, the insurance company will most likely require a container lock with VdS certification. These fulfill increased requirements in terms of design and theft protection.

All container locks are supplied different keyed, so you cannot open another lock with the key of one lock. Additional keys can be ordered if required using the key card supplied. If several containers are used at the same location, a key from this lock would open all locks with the same key. This eliminates the need for laborious and time-consuming storage and labeling of the containers and the corresponding keys.
However, if a key is lost, all containers in the locking system would be at risk.
